(3 Ingredients | Low-Carb | Guilt-Free)
🥣 Ingredients (ONLY 3)
- 3 large eggs
- 400 g (14 oz) sugar-free Greek yogurt (0% fat, unsweetened)
- Granulated sugar-free sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit) – to taste
(About 3–4 tbsp, adjust as needed)
✅ No flour
✅ No sugar
✅ No butter
✅ No oil
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the oven
- Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F)
- Line a small loaf pan or square baking dish with parchment paper
2️⃣ Separate & whip
- Separate egg whites and yolks
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form (this gives the cake its fluffy texture)
3️⃣ Mix the base
- In another bowl, whisk:
- Egg yolks
- Greek yogurt
- Sugar-free sweetener
Mix until smooth and creamy
4️⃣ Fold gently
- Add the whipped egg whites in 2–3 batches
- Fold gently using a spatula (do NOT stir)
5️⃣ Bake
- Pour batter into the pan
- Bake for 40–45 minutes
- Top should be lightly golden and center set
💡 If browning too fast, loosely cover with foil
6️⃣ Cool & set
